Dylan Taylor is the former Global President and CEO of Colliers International, a multi-national real estate services firm operating in 68 countries with over 16,000 employees and revenues exceeding $2.5 billion. Dylan Taylor is widely regarded for his experience in international markets and expertise in global business strategy and operational integration. After joining Colliers International as CEO for the firm’s U.S. operations in 2009, Dylan’s value and contributions were quickly recognized when Colliers was named Brokerage Firm of the Year by Property Week in 2010.

Dylan has received numerous recognitions for his contributions as a leader and visionary within commercial real estate. In 2016, Dylan Taylor was inducted into the Leadership Hall of Fame of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) and in 2015 he was included among Real Estate Forum’s ELITE 70, a feature showcasing the most influential figures in real estate over the last 70 years. The World Economic Forum has recognized Dylan as a Young Global Leader and he was also selected for the 2014 Class of Henry Crown Fellows by the Aspen Institute. For his role as a thought leader, Dylan was named a Delphi Fellow for Big Think, a digital knowledge forum that brings together top thinkers from around the globe. Dylan is the only real estate leader to receive this designation. In 2013, Dylan Taylor was awarded Mid-market awards ‘Mid-Market Rising Star of the Year.’

Dylan regularly speaks on issues related to capital markets, global business, and economic trends, having appeared regularly on both Bloomberg and CNBC.  Dylan approaches his work with a global perspective. Outside of Work

Dylan Taylor earned an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Booth School of Business at University of Chicago and holds a BS in Engineering from the honors college at the University of Arizona, where he graduated Tau Beta Pi.

Taylor’s private interests include space exploration and technology. He is an active angel investor in commercial space ventures, with investments in several space companies. He enjoys hiking, competing in triathlons and spending time outdoors. He is married to author Gabrielle V. Taylor and has two teenage daughters.
